Aaron Siegrist assists clients with all aspects of labor and employment law, including a variety of employment litigation matters. He represents clients in litigation cases involving discrimination claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, wage payment and misclassification claims, breach of employment contract claims, defamation claims, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) citations and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges, among others.

Aaron Siegrist assists clients with all aspects of labor and employment law, including a variety of employment litigation matters. He also helps clients manage company policies, terminations and reduction in force plans, medical leave issues, restrictive covenants, executive employment agreements and employment-related aspects of corporate purchase and sale transactions.

In addition to his labor and employment practice, Aaron has experience representing clients in product liability cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Aaron earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University, where he was a first-place oralist in the John W. Davis Moot Court Competition and a member of the Moot Court Executive Board.

He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and economics from Liberty University.
