Ann M. Nicholson

Ann Nicholson focuses her practice on corporate matters. Before joining Williams Mullen, Ann served as a research assistant at the University of Richmond School of Law and as the judicial intern for The Honorable Ashley Turner at the Richmond Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, and her Master of Arts degree in English from the University of Virginia.
