Cassidy C. Galindo

Cassidy Galindo assists clients in general corporate matters, working primarily with emerging growth companies. Her practice focuses on venture capital financings and other securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Before joining Williams Mullen, Cassidy served as the managing editor for the University of Richmond Law Review and a legal intern for Tax Counsel, Ltd., where she conducted tax research and prepared court documents and memoranda.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in psychology from West Virginia University, where she served as the policy and standards board chair for Pi Beta Phi.
