Christopher T.G. Trusk
Chris Trusk represents lenders in the negotiation and documentation of commercial loans, as well as investors, businesses and developers in the financing, acquisition, sale and development of commercial property.
Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Chris worked as a commercial real estate attorney at Ellis & Winters LLP. His experience includes the representation of a regional hotel operator, a national banking association, regional mixed-use and office developers, regional banks, and the acquisition of a golf course and related assets. He also has represented multifamily developers and investors in the acquisition and development of multifamily projects, among others.
Chris earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was the articles editor for the South Carolina Law Review and assisted Columbia area nonprofit organizations with the Nonprofit Organizations Clinic. Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University.
