He assists businesses with identifying and enhancing the value of intellectual property assets, as well as portfolio management, due diligence and opinions.

Jason Green is an Associate in Williams Mullen’s Intellectual Property practice, where he focuses his practice on patent, trademark, copyright and licensing matters. He assists businesses with identifying and enhancing the value of intellectual property assets, as well as portfolio management, due diligence and opinions.

Jason is a Certified International Privacy Professional with a concentration in U.S. Law (CIPP/US). Jason helps clients protect their data and draft and review their privacy and cybersecurity policies. He also represents companies seeking to prevent, detect and respond to data breaches.

He earned both his Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina.

Before pursuing his law degree, Jason served as a nuclear engineer in the United States Navy for six years, and he worked as a nuclear equipment operator for Duke Energy & Entergy.
