Jenny Connors focuses her practice on the taxation of businesses, business owners and investors, with a particular emphasis on the taxation of flow-through entities. Ms. Connors also counsels clients on the establishment of private equity funds, the acquisition of low-income housing and historic preservation tax credits, and the formation of tax-exempt organizations.

Ms. Connors earned both a bachelor of science in business administration degree, magna cum laude, and a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond. She is a recipient of the Westhampton College Distinguished Leader Award and an inductee of both Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa.

In 2012, Virginia Super Lawyers magazine recognized Ms. Connors as a "Rising Star" in Tax Law.

A member of the Virginia State Bar, Ms. Connors received her juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law as a John Marshall Scholar. She was on the staff of the University of Richmond Law Review, a member of the Lewis F. Powell, Jr. American Inn of Court, and vice president of the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board. Ms. Connors placed first in the school’s annual Negotiation Competition and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in the school’s Taxation of Non-Corporate Entities class.
