Lindsey P. Hastings

Lindsey Hastings serves as the firm’s director of attorney recruiting and is responsible for legal recruitment across all Williams Mullen offices in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, including laterals, summer associates and entry-level attorneys. Lindsey manages the recruiting strategy, hiring goals and placement of all attorneys within the firm.

Before joining Williams Mullen, Lindsey worked for a professional recruiting firm where she was responsible for designing and executing growth strategies, and for hiring, coaching and leading multiple teams of legal staffing consultants and account executives.

Lindsey volunteers her time with the Deep Run Hunt Pony Club, a nonprofit national youth horsemanship organization, and has served as an executive committee member, secretary and treasurer. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary Washington.
