Marc Pollak focuses his practice on numerous aspects of intellectual property law, including licensing, litigation, counseling and trademark prosecution. He advises clients in matters involving patent and trademark infringement, intellectual property licensing and trademark usage and enforcement, among others. As a member of Williams Mullen’s Intellectual Property Practice, Marc assists clients with finding efficient solutions to complex enforcement and litigation challenges, including pre-filing investigations, federal discovery and motions practice.

As a member of Williams Mullen’s Intellectual Property Practice, Marc assists clients with finding efficient solutions to complex enforcement and litigation challenges, including pre-filing investigations, federal discovery and motions practice.

Marc advises general counsel and business executives on state, federal and international laws and regulations, including state and federal assault weapons bans, the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). He also has experience drafting compliance memoranda and voluntary disclosures relating to Export and ITAR issues.

Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Marc served as legal counsel for FN America, LLC, a leading global firearms manufacturer.

Marc earned his Juris Doctor degree from American University, where he was a senior staff editor for the American University Business Law Review and served as president of The Federalist Society. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University.
