Nicole Scro’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and land use matters. She assists clients in all kinds of real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and land use approvals and entitlements.

Before joining Williams Mullen, Nicole worked in-house for a New York-based real estate development company, where she assisted with strategic land acquisition, zoning restrictions and the development approval process. She is the third generation in her family to be involved in the business of real estate development.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, magna cum laude, from George Washington University.
