Tanner N. Brantley
Tanner Brantley focuses his practice on environmental laws and regulations. He has experience assisting clients in complex federal, state, local, and international environmental matters in compliance assistance and litigation contexts.
Tanner advises clients in navigating a wide spectrum of environmental regulatory issues and programs, including those under the Toxic Substance Control Act; the Clean Water Act; the Clean Air Act; the National Environmental Protection Act and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. He also works with clients to maintain compliance with the constantly evolving landscape of environmental law and to address emerging contaminants like PFAS and 1,4-dioxane. In addition, Tanner assists clients with environmental matters associated with business and real estate transactions.
Tanner earned his Juris Doctor degree from Elon University School of Law, his Master of Environmental Law and Policy degree from Vermont Law School, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College.
