Upholding Human Rights
Pro bono work is one of the many ways our attorneys display their character.”
Although busy as a young litigator, Ben Pace remains committed to pro bono work. He is the driving force behind the firm’s involvement with the Legal Aid Justice Center’s Housing Law Project. Each year the project benefits hundreds of indigent clients who receive pro bono legal counsel in dealing with threats to their housing situation. Ben also worked with the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society to help launch the Richmond Bar Association's No Fault Divorce Project. The project assists in filing for no fault divorces for low-income individuals, many of whom need a divorce to move on with their lives or to legally end an abusive relationship.
Ben is chair of the Richmond Bar Association’s Pro Bono Committee. His burgeoning legal practice includes defense on complex commercial matters, long-term care issues and fiduciary management.
