Reginald N. Jones
Reggie Jones has more than 30 years of experience representing clients before the Virginia General Assembly and other agencies of state government. This experience, combined with his business practice, enables him to serve clients in a variety of areas, such as financial institutions, health care, telecommunications, professions, procurement, and real estate law.

This experience, combined with his business practice, enables him to serve clients in a variety of areas, such as financial institutions, health care, telecommunications, professions, procurement, and real estate law.
Mr. Jones has served on the board of trustees at the University of Richmond and as president of the Richmond College and University of Richmond Law School alumni associations. He serves on the board of directors of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation. Additionally, he is past president of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, Inc., the 501(c)(3) affiliate of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation. Mr. Jones is a member of the board of directors and treasurer of the Robins Foundation and serves as counsel to the Virginia State Golf Association Foundation. Mr. Jones was the first citizen member appointed to the Virginia Board of Medicine, was the founding president of the Henrico County Bar Association and was appointed to the Virginia Early Learning Council by Governor Warner and currently serves on the board of directors of the Virginia Early Childhood Foundation.
He is a member of the Richmond, Henrico, Virginia, and American bar associations. He also is a member of the Virginia State Bar, where he formerly served as a member of council and as chairman of the Special Committee on Legislation. He is a past president of the Virginia Law Foundation, where he has been named a fellow. He also has been named a fellow by the American Bar Foundation. Virginia Business magazine has included Mr. Jones as one of Virginia’s “Legal Elite” for each year that the list has been published. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America as a top attorney in Government Relations Law and in addition, Mr. Jones has been named a “Super Lawyer” for Government/Cities/Municipalities by Virginia Super Lawyers magazine each year of publication. Martindale Hubbell has rated Mr. Jones an AV attorney, its highest rating available.
Mr. Jones served as a captain in the U.S. Army and as deputy staff judge advocate for southern Thailand from 1969 to 1970.
He received his juris doctor in 1968 and his bachelor of arts degree in 1965, from the University of Richmond, where Mr. Jones was elected a member of Omicron Delta Kappa.
