Ronald R. Rogers

Ron Rogers focuses his practice  on commercial real estate law. He represents a broad range of clients, including landowners, developers, insurance companies and commercial lenders. The negotiation and closing of commercial real estate transactions comprises a substantial portion of his practice. In addition, he has extensive experience representing clients in re-zonings, variance proceedings and other land use matters. His real estate practice also extends to collection matters, particularly foreclosures, receiverships and guaranty law.

Mr. Rogers has presented numerous legal seminars on foreclosures, practical considerations in real estate transactions and real estate litigation.

He is licensed to practice in North Carolina and is an active member of the American and North Carolina bar associations. He serves as chair of the advisory board and is a former member of the board of director for the Raleigh Hall of Fame, a non-profit organization that recognizes Raleigh citizens who have made a significant contribution to the city. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Patrick Henry Memorial Foundation. Mr. Rogers recently completed service on the Leadership Raleigh Alumni Association. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Mr. Rogers received his bachelor of arts degree magna cum laude. He received his juris doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
