Scott Miller focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller worked in the offices of Congressman, now Senator, Mark Udall of Colorado and Senator John Warner of Virginia.

Mr. Miller is listed in Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars magazine for Business Litigation. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association, the Virginia Beach Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.  Mr. Miller is also a member of I’Anson-Hoffman American Inn of Court.

Mr. Miller received his juris doctor degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary. While in law school, he was recognized for his excellence in research, writing, analysis and client relations. Mr. Miller graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Virginia.
