R. Willson Hulcher, Jr.
Will Hulcher practices in the firm’s Business and Corporate group with an emphasis on securities matters, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He represents public and private corporations, including banks, insurers and retail companies. Mr. Hulcher advises clients undertaking public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. He also works with clients on sophisticated business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Mr. Hulcher is also experienced in providing advice on filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, anti-takeover defenses, insider trading, corporate governance, stock exchange listing requirements, fiduciary duties, contract negotiation and corporate formation matters.

Mr. Hulcher is licensed to practice in Virginia and Massachusetts. He is an active member of the American and Virginia bar associations.
He earned his bachelor of arts degree in 2000 from The College of William & Mary, magna cum laude, and his juris doctor degree in 2004 from New York University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hulcher was a Robert B. McKay Scholar.
