Will Rabke focuses his practice on complex business matters such as deal structures, transaction strategy and strategic planning. Prior to law school, Mr. Rabke founded and managed a specialty electrical contracting company for nearly 10 years. As a former small business owner, he brings a unique perspective to the practice of law to focus on efficient results and advice for his clients.
Will Rabke focuses his practice on complex business matters such as deal structures, transaction strategy and strategic planning. Prior to law school, Mr. Rabke founded and managed a specialty electrical contracting company for nearly 10 years. As a former small business owner, he brings a unique perspective to the practice of law to focus on efficient results and advice for his clients. Mr. Rabke is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia and Richmond bar associations. Mr. Rabke is very active promoting awareness and advocacy for the International Rett Syndrome Foundation, serving as Chair of the Family Advisory Board and member of the Professional Advisory Board of the International Rett Syndrome Foundation, while also co-chairing the annual Rett Syndrome fundraiser in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Rabke received his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, he served on the staff of the Journal of Law and Technology, as a student member of the John Marshall American Inn of Court, and on the executive boards of the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board, the VBA Law School Council and the Student Bar Association. Prior to graduation, Mr. Rabke was elected to serve on the law school’s Young Graduates’ Council. He earned a bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa.
