Update: ICANN "Reveal" Set for June 13

The application window for new gTLDs closed on Wednesday night, May 30, and ICANN has set the "Reveal" day for June 13, which will also start the application comment and objection period as well.

A few registrars have announced which domain extensions they hope to offer:

  • ARI Registry Services announced that it has signed contracts to handle 161 new TLDs.
  • Web.com has applied to be the exclusive registrar for the .WEB gTLD.
  • Public Interest Registry has submitted applications for .NGO and .ONG. (PIR is the current manager of the .ORG domain).
