Advanced Estate Planning Techniques Speaking Engagement 02.17.2010 11:00pm Why Attend?
This annual course of study emphasizes maximum give and take among faculty and experienced trust and estate practitioners about the latest developments in the field. The subject matter and most of the faculty change every year, so many registrants attend this course annually. New highlights of this year’s program include sessions on Graegin loans, nonmarital planning not for descendants, preparing fiduciaries for battle, and ramifications of the recent estate tax repeal. Comprising more than 16 hours of instruction, emphasis at this course is placed on topics that registrants will find a little different from most other estate planning programs.

Daily sessions begin and adjourn early to allow registrants ample leisure time during the afternoons. The full American breakfast is an outstanding opportunity for networking with colleagues from around the nation. Time is reserved for the faculty to address questions submitted by the registrants.

Submit your questions in advance or at the course on these OR ANY estate planning topic!
