On March 26, 2019, Brydon DeWitt delivered a case law and regulatory update presentation at the Triangle Benefits Forum. The case law update portion covered 403(b) litigation, actuarial assumptions litigation, COBRA litigation, existence of an ERISA plan and qualified domestic relations orders. The regulatory update portion discussed association health plans, proposed HRA regulations and ACA contraceptive mandate exemptions.
