Participants in this CLE Program will have the opportunity to learn the Fundamentals of Federal Appellate Practice relating to Pretrial, Trial, and Posttrial Issues from the following Esteemed Panel of Speakers: The Honorable Roger L. Gregory (Federal Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit), The Honorable Dennis W. Dohnal (Federal Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia), Earle Duncan Getchell, Jr., Esq. (Solicitor General of the Commonwealth of Virginia), and Christopher B. Browning, Jr., Esq. (Former Solicitor General of the State of North Carolina). The panel will be moderated by Joseph R. Pope, Esq. (Williams Mullen Associate and former U.S. Court of Appeals Clerk).
