Bill Nusbaum got a moment to shine on the cover of the Feb. 11 edition of Jewish News in Southeastern Virginia. The photo was shot on Jan. 22 at the Virginia state Capitol, where he visited with Hampton Roads members of the General Assembly for Jewish Advocacy Day. Bill served as co-chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Community Relations Commission of the United Jewish Federation of Tidewater in 2011 and 2012 but was visiting this year as a citizen.
