09.25.2012 Corporate Associate Jonathan Bliley Joins Richmond Office Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Jonathan Bliley has joined the law firm as an associate in the Business & Corporate section. He will be based out of Williams Mullen’s Richmond office.

Mr. Bliley was most recently an associate in the corporate section at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLP in New York, NY.

At Williams Mullen, Mr. Bliley will focus on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, corporate governance and general corporate representation.

He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he won the Joseph Bernstein Prize for submitting the most significant piece of legal writing for publication in The Journal of Business & Technology Law. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University
