Hurlocker Joins Williams Mullen’s Energy, Environment & Infrastructure Practice RICHMOND, Va. -- Williams Mullen announces that Eric Hurlocker has joined the firm’s Energy, Environment & Infrastructure practice group. Mr. Hurlocker focuses his practice on energy law, renewable project development and general commercial transactions. He regularly assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of solar power generation facilities agreements, including engineering, procurement and construction agreements (EPC), operations and maintenance, and power and renewable power sales.

Frantz, President and CEO of the firm. “His expertise will provide our clients with a wealth of information on matters regarding commercial contracting and sourcing, commodities trading and regulation, construction and engineering, as well as regulated markets and energy infrastructure.”
Mr. Hurlocker served as Associate General Counsel for PPL Corporation in Allentown, Penn. and Dominion Resources, Inc. in Richmond, Va. Before joining Williams Mullen, Mr. Hurlocker was a partner at Hunton & Williams.
Mr. Hurlocker is licensed to practice in Virginia. He earned his undergraduate degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Richmond and his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond T.C Williams School of Law.
