General Provisions: Effective June 21, 2010, Executive Order (“E.O.”) 13496 requires federal contractors and subcontractors to post notices informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”) and requires new language in subcontracts and purchase orders. Employers are no longer required to post “Beck notices” informing employees of their rights not to join a union and not to pay agency fees for non-representation union expenditures.
