Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Jesse Willard, ll has joined the firm’s Senior Housing Transactions Team in our Richmond office.

Willard focuses his practice on the real estate aspects of a range of projects concentrating on the senior housing industry. He regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, syndications, and the development of senior housing projects. In connection with those transactions, Willard provides specific advice regarding leasing structures and commercial loans secured by such assets.

Willard earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Science degree from Randolph-Macon College.
