Robert Lindsey assists privately held companies as well as public corporations in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience preparing and reviewing deal transactions including stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, limited guarantees and contribution and exchange agreements.
 

Robert Lindsey assists privately held companies as well as public corporations in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience preparing and reviewing deal transactions including stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, limited guarantees and contribution and exchange agreements.

Robert also represents companies in commercial contracts, such as the drafting and negotiation of license and subscription agreements, distribution agreements, consulting agreements, equipment leases and clinical trial agreements.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School where he served as the executive editor for the Harvard Business Law Review as well as the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. Robert served as a chairman for the Harvard Association for Law and Business, where he was responsible for helping students learn about in-house counsel roles and opportunities. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
