Camila Conte focuses her practice on immigration matters, advising clients in connection with their business and individual immigration issues. She has experience in all areas of U.S. immigration law, including immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based cases, family-based green card applications, and removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.

Camila Conte focuses her practice on immigration matters, advising clients in connection with their business and individual immigration issues. She has experience in all areas of U.S. immigration law, including immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based cases, family-based green card applications, and removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.

She assists clients exploring expansion into the United States with the cross-border movement of personnel and with obtaining the necessary non-immigrant visas to do so, such as H-1B, E-2, E-3, L-1, TN and R-1. She also helps clients obtain U.S. permanent residence through the employment-based permanent labor certification program (PERM), through Schedule A cases and through family relationships.

Camila previously served as a clinical placement extern for the Honorable Riley Marchant and the Honorable Joi Taylor where she researched and analyzed facts and legal issues in the areas of criminal, family and civil law.

Camila is fluent in Portuguese, allowing her to assist Portuguese-speaking clients with their matters.

Camila earned her first law degree from Universidade Candido Mendes, in Brazil, magna cum laude. She later received her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law where she was a member of the moot court.
