He helps businesses in a wide range of industries with corporate and tax issues, including those related to choice of entity; the formation, acquisition, disposition and liquidation of business entities; corporate reorganizations; like-kind exchanges; foreign tax issues; and federal and state tax disputes.

Clinton is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.* Before law school, he co-founded a health care patient relationship management (PRM) platform company, which was sold in 2017. He also previously worked as a paralegal for an international law firm and as a trade specialist working on foreign trades for a large financial institution.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, and he earned his L.L.M in tax from the Georgetown University Law Center. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Northeastern University.
