Fallon helps clients manage the formation, structuring, financing or refinancing of their businesses. She also helps companies draft and negotiate M&A transaction documents and counsels them throughout the closing process.

Fallon earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Penn State Law, where she was an associate editor and the executive editor for intellectual property and online media for the Penn State Law Review. While at law school, Fallon led lectures on Arts and Entrepreneurship and the Law. She also wrote an article for the Penn State Law Review regarding the Family Medical Leave Act, and she was a member of the Corporate Law Society.
Fallon earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, in English and public relations, as well as a minor in business and the liberal arts, from the Schreyer Honors College at The Pennsylvania State University.
