Before joining Williams Mullen, Parisa was an associate at Hancock, Daniel & Johnson, P.C. Prior to that, Parisa served as a law clerk for The Honorable Lenore R. Gelfman in the Circuit Court of Howard County.

Parisa earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School where she was an active member of the William & Mary Journal of Women and the Law as well as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
