As a member of our Health Care Section, Sarah Caron focuses her practice on representing a range of health care providers, including hospitals, physician practices, and long-term care providers in transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. 
Sarah has experience working with Ambulatory Surgical Center regulations and compliance. In addition, Sarah has worked with private equity firms and middle-market health care and dental partnership organizations on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Sarah has spent time navigating Corporate Practice of Medicine issues across the United States. Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Sarah externed with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she researched and analyzed global case law regarding legal challenges to COVID-19 mitigation measures.

Sarah received her Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School, where she was a member of the Advanced Appellate Advocacy and Moot Court Advisory Board. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University. She is proficient in Spanish and has volunteered her time with Hydrating Humanitate, a non-profit organization dedicated to building clean water sources in eastern Sub-Saharan Africa.
