Tammy also counsels individuals and financial institutions serving as fiduciaries in connection with estate and trust administration matters and related litigation matters.

Tammy earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from William & Mary Law School and earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, magna cum laude.
