Scott Terrell assists clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, as well as general employment litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, employment torts and contract claims, at both the state and federal court and administrative agency levels.

Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Scott worked as an associate at Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, LLP. Earlier in his legal career, Scott clerked for District Judge Dale S. Fischer and for Magistrate Judge Karen L. Stevenson, both in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He also worked for four years in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, serving in the Trial Bureau and in the Appeals Bureau.

Scott earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College.
