Williams Mullen Environment and Natural Resources attorney Channing Martin was quoted in the Richmond Times-Dispatch after he and Henry “Speaker” Pollard represented the agricultural trade groups in litigation by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. The suit asked that Virginia prohibit livestock from being allowed in streams under the state’s applied waste laws and was ultimately dismissed by a Richmond Circuit Court judge.
