Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Aaron Siegrist has joined the firm as a Labor & Employment associate in the Richmond office.
Mr. Siegrist assists clients with all aspects of labor and employment law, including a variety of employment litigation matters. He represents clients in cases involving discrimination claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, wage payment and misclassification claims, breach of employment contract claims, defamation claims, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) citations and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges, among others.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Aaron to the team,” Williams Mullen Labor & Employment Practice Chair Laura Windsor said. “We have an accomplished group of labor and employment litigators in our Richmond, Hampton Roads and Raleigh offices, and Aaron will only strengthen our capabilities in that area.”
Mr. Siegrist also helps clients manage company policies, terminations and reduction in force plans, medical leave issues, restrictive covenants, executive employment agreements and employment-related aspects of corporate purchase and sale transactions.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University and his Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University.
Mr. Siegrist is the third associate to join Williams Mullen this month. Lauren Fussell joined the firm’s Litigation practice in Raleigh, and Wenhong You joined the firm’s Business & Corporate practice in Virginia Beach.
