Rebecca Ivey represents hospitals and other health care providers in numerous health care matters, including compliance with state and federal health care laws such as Stark, Anti-kickback and HIPAA. Rebecca frequently counsels clients on issues relating to Medicare, Medicaid, health information technology, the drafting and revising of physician contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture opportunities and licensure. She also has experience advising clients regarding telemedicine regulations and DEA regulations.
