Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Emily Harrison and Lauren Walker have joined the firm. Harrison is located in the firm’s Raleigh office, and Walker is located in the firm’s Richmond office. Both attorneys join the firm’s Corporate Section.
Harrison focuses her practice on business and transactional law. As a member of our Corporate Section, she assists clients with commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters for a broad range of companies across a variety of industries. Harrison received her Juris Doctor degree from the Wake Forest School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Walker concentrates her practice on both health care and general corporate matters. She represents hospital systems, long-term care providers, and physician groups in transactional, corporate, and regulatory matters relating to licensure, reimbursement, Certificate of Public Need and compliance. Walker earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
