Alston Underwood’s practice focuses on representing national, regional and local clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including land acquisition, financing and dispositions, mixed-use and multi-family developments, and office, retail and industrial leasing.

Alston has experience working at the Virginia Coastal Policy Center as a research assistant, where he focused his efforts on a Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing research paper.

Alston received his Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from University of Miami.
