Qualified Opportunity Zones Seminar

On Jan. 10, 2019, Williams Mullen and CoStar co-hosted a seminar in Norfolk on qualified opportunity zones. Jenny Connors and Mary Katherine McGetrick presented for Williams Mullen at the event, which reviewed the qualified opportunity zones tax incentive, its potential benefits to developers and investors, the certification process for Qualified Opportunity Funds and how to locate specific properties that fall in those zones.
