Williams Mullen Represents Red Light Management Group in Riverfront Amphitheater Negotiation
Phillip Goodpasture, along with attorneys Preston Lloyd, Mary Katherine McGetrick, Rick Palmieri, Conrad Garcia, Doug Sbertoli, Dave Albo and Max So, represented Red Light Management, an independent music management company, in its negotiation with the City of Richmond to deliver the Riverfront Amphitheater.
After recently breaking ground, the amphitheater is scheduled to open for the 2025 summer concert season and is planned to host about 30 shows per season.
