Williams Mullen partner Brad Nowak, co-chair of the Renewable Energy Practice Group, and Speaker Pollard, partner with the Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group discuss several important environmental considerations when siting or permitting solar and other renewable energy projects in Virginia, including updates on HB 206 implementation and VDEQ stormwater management requirements.
