Business & Corporate Partner Bradley J. Nowak Rejoins Williams Mullen

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Bradley J. Nowak has rejoined the firm’s Business & Corporate practice in the Washington, D.C office. Mr. Nowak previously worked at Williams Mullen from 2004-2014. He brings a wide range of corporate experience to the firm, particularly with energy and infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships (P3s).

Mr. Nowak provides strategic counsel on business transactions and day-to-day operations in a variety of areas including corporate structure, reorganizations and restructurings, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, venture capital, private equity, joint venture, corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

In addition, he regularly advises public and private entities throughout the U.S. on structuring, procuring and negotiating complex infrastructure projects and services, namely public-private partnerships (P3), for a variety of projects, including energy (waste-to-energy, solar, etc.), solid waste, water, wastewater, storm water and social infrastructure.

“Brad’s wide range of experience in the corporate domain and with energy & infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships will be a great addition,” Business & Corporate Chair Greg Bishop said. “We’re excited to welcome him back to the team.”

Mr. Nowak counsels clients in a wide array of industries, including energy, technology, defense, government contracting, health care, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, customer service and nonprofits. He also works with emerging growth companies through all stages of a company’s life cycle, including business planning, formation, capital raising, ongoing operations and exit strategies.

Mr. Nowak earned his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, and he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
