William J. Halliday

Will Halliday advises companies through all stages of their growth. He has a particular focus on guiding companies through high-stakes, strategic corporate events, including mergers and acquisitions and growth financings. He has advised a variety of public and private companies in the technology, government contracting, life sciences and financial services industries.

Will’s practice includes advising publicly traded companies on all manner of strategic transactions, including public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He counsels public companies on their compliance obligations under the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and national securities exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.

Prior to law school, Will was an analyst in Citigroup's Corporate & Investment Bank in New York City, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and syndicated loan financings.
