Brydon DeWitt presented an ERISA case law update to members of the Triangle Benefits Forum (TBF) from our Raleigh office. The TBF is a professional association for benefit practitioners, including attorneys, investment advisors, recordkeepers and consultants. Our late partner, Mark Thomas, was a founding member of the organization.
