FFCRA & CARES Act Progress Update

Brydon DeWitt and Brian Marks will provide an update relating to the FFCRA and the CARES Act.  Brydon will provide a refresher on the key components of each law, and how they have progressed since their implementation.  Brian will provide a high-level overview as to how this legislation and the COVID-19 crisis has impacted the delivery of employee benefits.
