Williams Mullen was proud to sponsor the Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives (VMDAEC) Legal Seminar 2026, which brings together cooperative leaders and legal professionals to discuss key regulatory and industry developments impacting electric cooperatives.

Cody Murphey, partner in the firm’s Energy, Environment & Regulatory Section, presented an introduction to data centers and participated in a data center Q&A, addressing emerging considerations for cooperatives.  Cassidy Galindo also joined Cody for a portion of the presentation.
