2022 Chambers High Net Worth Recognizes Williams Mullen for Private Wealth Law

Williams Mullen’s Private Client and Fiduciary Services Practice was recognized in the 2022 edition of Chambers High Net Worth for Private Wealth Law. The guide identifies the leading professional advisers to the Private Wealth market in Virginia.

Farhad Aghdami was rated a “Band 1” attorney for the third year in a row, the highest rating available. Dan Durst and Christine Piersall were rated “Band 3” attorneys. The Private Client and Fiduciary Services Practice, which includes six attorneys throughout Virginia, received an overall “Band 2” rating.

Aghdami has more than 30 years of experience assisting clients with wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, income tax planning for individuals and businesses and fiduciary litigation. He is the Virginia state chair and the southeast region chair of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
