Alyssa Carducci Dangler Named 2025 Groundbreaking Woman by CREW Coastal Virginia

Williams Mullen is proud to announce that Alyssa Carducci Dangler, partner in the firm’s Virginia Beach office and chair of the Affordable Housing & Tax Credits Practice, has been named the 2025 Groundbreaking Woman by CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Coastal Virginia.

The Groundbreaking Woman award honors exceptional women who have made significant contributions to the commercial real estate industry while inspiring and advancing the next generation of leaders.

Dangler advises national and regional clients on a wide range of commercial and multifamily real estate transactions, with particular experience in affordable housing, solar, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects. She is a recognized leader in low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) transactions and strategic project financing.

In 2023, Dangler served as president of the CREW Network Global Board of Directors, becoming a voice for women in real estate across more than 12,000 members worldwide. She previously served as president of CREW Coastal Virginia in 2018 and remains an active leader in the organization.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by my peers in CREW Coastal Virginia, an organization that has been instrumental in my career and my passion for supporting other women in this field,” said Dangler. “This award reflects the work of so many who have mentored, encouraged, and collaborated with me over the years.”

CREW Coastal Virginia will recognize Dangler at the 2025 Groundbreaking Woman Luncheon, which also serves as the organization’s annual meeting, on September 9, 2025.
