Grady Palmer Named to Inside Business’ 2026 Power List

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Grady A. Palmer, partner in the Finance and Real Estate Section, has been selected to Inside Business’ 2026 75 Power Players list.

Palmer has experience with residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects. He has represented the development and building industries in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Suffolk, as well as in surrounding areas, in zoning and permitting matters. He has substantial development experience and has lobbied for changes to local land use ordinances and comprehensive plan policies. He is an active member of the Chesapeake Alliance.
