Mustafa Farzad Joins Williams Mullen’s Finance and Real Estate Section in Virginia Beach

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Mustafa Farzad has joined the firm’s Virginia Beach office as an associate in its Finance and Real Estate Section.

Mustafa Farzad advises lenders, developers, investors and business clients on commercial finance and real estate transactions. His practice focuses on banking and commercial lending matters, as well as the structuring, negotiation and execution of transactions involving the acquisition, development, financing and operation of commercial assets.

He represents clients in secured lending and commercial real estate finance matters, including acquisition, construction, and refinancings, as well as syndicated loan transactions. His experience also includes asset-based lending facilities, venture debt financings and fund finance transactions. He supports clients through all stages of a transaction, from due diligence and documentation through closing.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law, his Master of Arts from American University and his Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University.
